On Church Shootings and the Devil’s Work

On Church Shootings and the Devil’s Work

Ho hum yet another mass shooting; this time, once again, at a church. The afterview is drearily familiar; the killer was a white male loser with a history of domestic abuse. By presently existing law, even in gun-obsessed Texas, he had no business owning guns; but the law is not only lax, it is unenforced. So I say that policy is actively tilted to cultivate massacres.
At a church, no less! And most of the victims children. This isn’t just massacre; it’s also desecration.
Which brings me to this blog’s point. Why do I not hear anyone denouncing this as the Devil’s work? You’d think that in a country as religious as this, that would be someone’s natural response.
My theory is this: the political left doesn’t denounce the Devil’s work because they don’t believe in it, and the political right doesn’t denounce the Devil’s work because they doing it.
